The renovation features materials like marble, quartzite, and natural pebbles paired with soft, inviting textiles to craft spaces that feel both organic and refined. A standout element is the $25,000 tree root sourced from Southeast Asia, which serves as a striking focal point in the entryway with its impressive scale and sculptural presence.
The home is completed with thoughtfully curated artwork, including pieces by California artists Karina Bania, bringing an added layer of sophistication and connection to the coastal setting.
