This sleek, contemporary penthouse in Cardiff-by-the-Sea underwent a full remodel in 2018, led by KC Interior Design. Spanning three stories, the duplex was transformed with a reimagined layout, modern lighting, and custom-designed furniture to reflect the client’s edgy, modern aesthetic.
The kitchen serves as a centerpiece, featuring custom black cabinetry, modern appliances, and accents of rose gold and brass. The living room is designed to mirror the coastal sunsets, incorporating hues of blue and orange for a vibrant yet sophisticated feel.
Every room in the penthouse boasts bespoke furniture, tailored window treatments, and rugs, creating a cohesive, high-end vibe. The bathrooms exude luxury, with brass fixtures and bold wallpaper adding drama and elegance.
